Our offices are located within the village of Leafield, approximately 5 miles from Witney.

From the A40 Oxford to Cheltenham section, take the A415 exit into Witney. Cross a set of traffic lights and passing McDonalds on your right, follow Ducklington Lane until you reach a 5 exit roundabout. Take the 2nd exit, Tower Hill, and follow the road to the mini-roundabout. Take the first exit left onto Burford Road and go straight on at the traffic lights. Take the next right signposted Crawley and follow the road into Crawley. Once in Crawley, bear left to go up Steep Hill past The Lamb Inn on your left, signed to Leafield. Stay on this road, and after 2 miles, on a sharp left hand bend, you will see a white signpost for Orchard Farm along a single track road off to the right. Follow this road for 1 mile taking care on the many bends in the road. Orchard Farm will be on your right. Dutch Barn is on the right as you enter the car park.
